Told her my old one was fine but I’m glad she didn’t listen. My old one was about maxed out with memory space between memes and photos it could not display all of that data so I had blank boxes with no pictures in them nothing to click on to delete them even. The new one has double the GB so I’m good for a while I hope I’m no tech guy I hate it with a passion.

Was going to do it myself but I get lost in the geek speak along the way so I called the local phone store they offered to swap the info to the new pad for free. I said that won’t work for me it ended up needing an update that took 20 minutes I gave them $40 for the lunch run to Taco John’s.

This saved me a lot of health issues trying to do it myself.

When we have puter trouble we call my son, we call him "Rasheed" when it's tech trouble....he can remote into the computer, and usually talk us through tablet and phone issues...and get everything squared away.

No button like the old one to get back to the home page I had to look up the new one on YouTube with the old one so it’s going to be an experience learning the new things what they call improvements. LOL

I got a newer phone and I have a hard time learning it too especially with no home button

You all are missing the boat if you're not using a chromebook. They are sometimes under $70 and work great for surfing the web. You can't get viruses or any of that stuff on it. If it breaks (mine last 4-5 years at least) throw it away, buy a new one, log into your account and everything is there just as it was on the old one. Takes about 8 seconds to start up.

Dell for $50 - looks like the one I use.
