gcs trapper G Joined: Dec 2006 South shore L.I. N.Y.	Take some dough made with discard, let it rise, or refrigerate overnite , shape some golf ball size portions, flatten out and fry in oil...they'll puff up some, eat hot with butter, Newfies call them Tountans....

Nessmuck trapper N Joined: Nov 2011 New Hampshire	Looks great ADC.. The only thing I've made with discaahd is ... Sourdough Pancakes ( The Best Evah ) And made some pasta with it ... Fettuccine...was also awesome. Still want to try making some bagels too . Just been making 2 loafs per week ..using the tin pans ...nothing fancy It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.
