After driving around for half a day, I finally found the spot. Based on what I saw on the other side of the road I am convinced that cat was running away and seeking a more affluent neighborhood. It is possible that a burst water line in the mobile home is what caused him to run out from under there.

Ah, you know how it is shooting somebodies pets lol.

Once this wind goes down I'm going to venture out and see if I can find another dozen. If not the fish are in trouble.
