Why aren't goals kicked from the center of the field instead of from the hashes ?

Depends on where the last play ended up on the field...I think

Yeah lots of time you will see a team do a run to the middle on third down just to position the kicker better

But the extra point after a TD is from a hash .... I think.
Wondering why ?

I believe regular plays ending outside of the #'s resume at the nearest hash, maybe field goals too.
Kickoffs are from center, why not field goals ?

The officials cant accurately place the ball in an area more than a yard away from a marker. Surely, you’re not expecting anything NFL related to make sense are you? Dallas is in the NFC EAST.

Field goals are from wherever the ball was last at, the extra point can be chosen by the kicker.

Either hash ? or anywhere in-between ?
IIRC, they are always from a hash.

I believe it’s either hash or middle, my feeling is the kicker’s today can’t kick straight so they go to the hash.

It's up to the kicker. watched a few extra points today and some were from the middle and some from the left hash. Didn't any attempts from the right hash.
