What ice…..we are 65 degree highs in Ks!

Planning on going right after Christmas. People are driving trucks on the ice now, so that’s nice!

If any of y'all want to give ice fishing a try, let me know. We can do a rustic trip, like tent camping or the glamping trip out of an RV style fish house. I don't own the RV style, but they can be rented fairly reasonable. Personally, I prefer to stay at a place in SD that has a kitchen and room(s) that sleeps 4 and running portable fishing shelters. I have two flip over style shelters and two dome tent style shelters. Generally, we do not get cold and we drink enough beer that you might want to wait til the next day to clean fish if you want to keep all your fingers. The beer is optional, of course.

My favorite nephew was on Red lake last week and did very well on walleyes and a few oversized crappies thrown in.
