Shoot I'm already not in a great mood because I'm on the boat for Christmas and I'm pretty sure they did som.other stuff because when I walked in and looked at it legit no one would look me in the eyes except my tankerman who was just shaking his head .... Yeaaahhhh someone done goofed

Y'all ... explain to me how the meat is falling off the bone tender ....but dry as all get out ? I don't even .... I'm....I'm just gonna air fry some. Hot wings or something tired

O and apparently the relief captain put his two cent in and told them to just run it at 250 from 630-10 alike it was a friggen brisket

That wouldn't have made it as bad as it was , the extra five hours thy cooked it after the 5 I already did is what hilled it .

I got to say that was my thought too. Prime rib without wood smoke is a travesty. Been better off cutting ot for ribeyes.

Not really . They said they thought it was like a roast type of deal. O and about t smoking thing.... honestly most of the crew is burned out on smoked meat ...like seriously lead captain is obsessed with it and cooks it anytime he gets a chance And it's just getting kinda old.. same with steaks

Should be pulled at 120 then the oven turned to broil or 475 and put back for 10 mins max to crust. Finished should be 135 internal temp for med rare

3-1/2 hours on the smoker when it reached 110. Rested for 2 hours. Then seared in the oven on 550 for 5-10 min. Med-rare from edge to edge.


If traps work like the Antis say......I would have no fingers.
