Lol, the bag would have been preferable.. The cook is the unofficial boss on a boat....if they don't like it, they don't have to eat it....give em peanut butter!, lol. Shoot I'm already not in a great mood because I'm on the boat for Christmas and I'm pretty sure they did som.other stuff because when I walked in and looked at it legit no one would look me in the eyes except my tankerman who was just shaking his head .... Yeaaahhhh someone done goofed

( it was at a core temp of 135 by the time I got off last night like y'all said . Told them to let it roll for another hour then turn it off then run it at 450° with the cover off for like a hour before serving) ....and ..well they swore they followed my directions perfectly but ..... Well, it sounds like they DID follow your instructions. It was at a core temp of 135 and you told them to cook it for 2 more HOURS one of those hours at 450??? It should have been pulled at 135 when your shift ended.

They said they thought it was like a roast type of deal. O and about t smoking thing.... honestly most of the crew is burned out on smoked meat ...like seriously lead captain is obsessed with it and cooks it anytime he gets a chance And it's just getting kinda old.. same with steaks

Finished should be 135 internal temp for med rare
