Merry Christmas!

Thank you both for adding joy to our family get together!

Over the years my wife and I have accumulated quite a collection of art work by the two of you. Some from conventions, art contests and auctions in which the two of you have been extremely supportive of. Some of the pieces have been framed and displayed in our home or my work office. Others pieces have been piling up in storage in our home.

This year we took those stored pieces out and allowed our daughters to take turns picking them for themselves. It was a awesome addition to our Christmas day! Some of the pieces here collected during family milestones and brought back great memories.

The plan is to have them framed and delivered to the girls over the new year as surprises when we are not together.

Hope all is well and God bless you both.

Pic from Escanaba NTA Convention. Got a nice Moose print at that one. Sarah picked that one today.

Thomas, many thanks for your appreciation. Those photos are great. Your girls will love your thoughtful gifts framed into the new year.

Art is to be enjoyed , to me. It isn't done just for the creator's enjoyment. Art is to help make people happy and improve the quality of culture of life.

Art comes in many styles and mediums , something for everyone. There's plenty of room for all.

Have a wonderful time , T.T. with all that positive , healthy fun family activity.

Life is good.

Thank you. The young ladies in our family have much respect for your talent. The "Near Miss" and "Coyote Song" prints created a bit of a print barter war between the daughters. I think one ended with a coin flip and the other rock paper scissors. You and your skills were very much a part of our Christmas!

A little extra info on one of the prints your daughters like.

"Near Miss" was featured in one of Mr Paul's bio chapters, in Trappers Post some years ago. It was an event that Mr Paul described well , as a young lad seeing a beauty of a red fox. Aiming a wee bit too low, he took a shot and the round hit just in front of the fox, sending up a spray of snow, which startled the fox into a beautifully arched jump , making for quite an image of remembrance . That was fun to draw. I happily gave the original to Mr Paul at his booth during an NTA back east. He had it displayed proudly with his famous products for the remainder of the rondy. It made me happy to see how thrilled he was to have it .

"Coyote Song" was published in FFG , one of my favorites. This one is part of my logo on my business cards . I do like its dimension and colour blend.

How fun a picture, to imagine their expressions in rock, paper, scissors , between them in the settling of that one .
