Only on Tman would we be talking about this. We must be getting old!
The Asian squat is a great way to get peristalsis to move things. I “assume the position” on the trap line too often as it is. This position gives your colon a straight shot vs sitting and grunting. And, this position gives relief to half the world’s population. It’s tried and true and goes right thru.
The squatty potty does the same thing. It’s not real comfortable but you’re not going to be sitting there very long, either.
Never too old to learn

Squatting is how we dookied for most of our existence, sitting to dookie isn't really "natural" for us. In any case, if it takes more than a few seconds to push out your dookie, you need to eat better. More fiber, more water. I may be done in a few seconds but I enjoy the peace and quiet of sitting on the throne. I use the extra time to Face Time friends.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Old Milwaukee Red will have you able to crap through a screen door and not touch a wire in now time flat. A couple of Pfeiffers would do the same thing. Problem is they don't make it anymore.
Got a gift from my brother. It was 3 AA batteries with a note that said, Gift Not Included.

Put your feet up on anything. It’ll help things move Like the salad bar at the Olive Garden? Priceless. !!!!
It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

Does the toilet come with a bag of pine cones or spanish moss?
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!
