Supper tonight, hot and sour soup, and egg rolls.

Looks good, really like egg rolls. My wife makes does a good job them.

I didn’t have any bok choy so I didn’t put any cabbage with the egg rolls and I could tell something was missing, yes it was warming and filling like normal I ate too much and now I’m over full.

My first thought was egg rolls with gumbo

Actually without the cabbage the egg rolls had enough spice that they could have worked as a meat pie that would be pretty good with gumbo.
