I’m running out of clean traps (which I guess is a good thing), what do you guys do to one that has made a catch and you want to move to a different spot? I’ve let one soak in water with a little hydrogen peroxide to remove whatever blood may still be there and this seemed to work but I wanted to see if there was a better solution. Thanks!

Blast with a hose to clean it up then rewax. Don't put a trap with scent from a catch in the ground at a new set. Don't worry about DPs or body grips.

Pressure washer let sit a few days then dye/wax or whatever way you treat them. Good luck

Ya'll over-thinking this and making it harder than it is.

Wipe off most of the blood and crap and reset the trap.
