Built up a front storage bin out of some recycled lumber for the trapping wagon. Test run this afternoon went well. Just need to add some foam tape to the bottom, it rattles on the steel rack like crazy.

Nice. Homemade is very cheap compared to store bought. Totally customized to your needs and budget. Nice build.

Some constructive criticism ,
Add more tie-in points to be able to strap larger cargo on top , or just be secured better.

Yep, I am going to add tie down points on the vertical supports for sure, and some flat loops on the bottom to strap it to the existing rack.

Put a few bungee cords on it or tie down straps just make sure it clears the headlight.

That top headlight doesn't work. There's two headlights in the grill that I use.

When I built a front box, I drilled appropriate size holes for the zip ties I used and locked it in place like that. No movement.

Thats an option, I've got some velcro straps that would work well too.

I'd like to it to be fairly easy to remove if needed.

Mine has a hard time turning if the front stuff rubs on the headlight, my weed sprayer gives me fits. I see you have that cut out I mossed that.
