How big of a batch are you making at a time? I've never played with any of the home brew stuff, but it has my curiosity.

Each batch is 12 pints. Just enough for this light drinker of beer.

Nah, not going to happen. Getting lit is something I've done in the past, and not something I do anymore.

The last beer I made was a Red Ale with Spruce Tips & Juniper Berries.

Have a Pinter as well…makes some pretty good beer…enjoy Boss.

Paul-While using the Pinter can you control the amount of carbonation in the beer? After my wife's mouth surgery she has a tough time with beer or ale that has a lot of carbonation. We sometimes go into town and get a growler of a dark ale at a local brewery.
