Well, there's more pipeline talk. It's being reported that Prime Minister Smith has signed a deal with the U.S. for a pipeline to come south down here to a refinery.

As long as Canada continues it current stance economically toward the US and the refusal to create fair economic trade I see little chance of any deals being done. Ending the welfare state situation created by 50 years of US Presidents has to end first.
