I peal them cube them and add them to my turnups , rutabaga , parsnips and carrots all pealed and cubed about 5/8 inch

toss them and oil and season with my seasoned salt.

400 in the oven for 40-45 minutes turn them over with a spatula at 20

if you have an air frier 15 minutes shake around at 7 minutes

I do that with rutabaga Pete. One extra step is I brown some butter to drizzle over right after baking. Browning butter like that gives it a sort of nutty taste that's really good.

yep , so many ways to us butter to make bout everything better
