Well made a lil divider deal for the rabbit tractor. Read all this about how aggressive bucks can be but also you want them kinda together? Figured a divider with a lil gate would be a good deal . Installed it put the does in and lil dude couldn't get over it whatsoever, great I said

He's big enough. If he has no defects, he'll get them. They may not be in standing heat yet. His stimulation will get them there.

If a doe won't stand for a buck, an hour car ride will make her vulva 2 1/2 shades brighter, which is generally enough to make her receptive. That was first proven in Argentina and successfully replicated by a Wilmington College graduate student, here on my farm, with my assistance.

Two questions.
#1. Was there any reason given that the car ride had that effect?
#2. Will it work on my wife?

It's believed it's from the vulva being vibrated against the bottom of the cage during the drive, but not definitely proven yet.

My wife and every woman I've ever dated, almost always falls asleep before an hour of me driving. I drive fast, but smoothly. So it probably won't work on women. Horseback riding does seem to work on many women. I don't know of any studies on it. Besides skirts, it's one of the reasons women were encouraged to ride side saddle.

Well if you help them make the "love connection", be careful it doesn't double back on you. Things can get messy according to someone on here.

Huh. Just the other day I was wondering how to change the color of a rabbit's vulva.

I thought it was common knowledge. Haven't you ever heard of rabbit vibrators?

Color is a good indicator of how receptive a female rabbit will be to a buck. The deeper the color, the easier she is for the buck to breed. She's also less likely to fight the buck. Some non receptive does will even bite a bucks testicles. Great quality breeding bucks, that produce winning show rabbits, can be very expensive. You need them intact. In 2022, I sold over 29,000 pounds of rabbit, for a little over $82,000.00. Most of it I did buy and resale, but I ran 60 does part of the time too, so it was important to know.

I got paid by the university for leaving does open (non bred) and assisting in checking how bright they were before and after their car ride. The professor in charge of the grad student is one of my best friends and my partner for the new nursery business.

Rub some Ivermectin on the buck and the doe. Seems to work for everything else.

I know only an infinitesimal fraction of what there is to know. I wish I knew more.

I use Ivomec in the ears of every rabbit I keep, to kill ear mites. I hold the rabbits tight. Diane drops a drop in and repeatedly squeezes the base of the ear to work the Ivomec in. We do it again 10 days later because of the life cycle of the mites.
