dude the number of signs in the hospital that , abuse of hospital staff will not be tolerated.

I am the nicest guy to all the hospital staff even the guy who cleaned the room.

the lady from the kitchen came to talk to me a couple times even when she wasn't delivering food to me she was just at a near by room.

it pays to be nice.

Wife flew out of St Louis Wednesday morning headed to Kentucky. Guy on the plane was asked twice by the flight attendant to get off his phone. He told her it was an emergency and told her to shut up. They had already begun to taxi for takeoff and turned around and back to the terminal and was removed from the flight.

I have never had any troubles getting along with anyone in TSA or any other dept .

One of the most fun conversations I've had was with a check baggage man in the back , about my shotgun and pistol . He was a shotgunner too and loved my Beretta Silver Pigeon O/U.

Others have been pilots about the fun of flying.

I was surprised. I had not flown for several years, and when I did this past fall, I did not once have to take off my shoes.

I understood what you meant, ol' Dad. I wondered that too. A tad under 14K. Just like the way merchandise is listed, to make folks think it's really that lower price...

Angela, when I was in Texas some years back, they proudly had signs along the TSA lines - "In Texas, we don't make you take off your shoes ! " With a photo of some fine cowboy boots. That was welcomed.

Wasn't it recently announced that taking off of shoes was now not necessary ?

The problem with this type of deal is always in the definition. Who defines “verbal abuse”? Just asking a question they don’t know the answer to can be considered “verbal abuse”. Been through that when my daughter was in the hospital. Stayed calm and on point as the Dr tried to turn the wife and I against each other. Finally the Dr lost it, she yelled at me “you need to calm down or I’m making a call!”. I said “I’m actually sitting down, your the one hovering over me yelling”. The nurse actually laughed!
