What sets are good to make with mink gland lure for catching mink? Standard pocket?

Yes, pocket sets work well. Also, re-set anywhere you have already caught one. If they "sprayed", that smell will linger and might attract another one. Remember, with mink, be less reliant on lures and bait, and more reliant on their habits. Trap location is the most important thing when trapping mink. And don't limit yourself to water sets. While they do spend much of their time in the water, they also hunt and travel the bank as well as thickets and root wads above the water. They will hunt dry land for rodents and birds as well as insects and even worms after heavy rain.

Just doing what I want now.

I catch the majority of mink on land in trails that run along the banks of water courses. Our water fluctuates too much and makes it difficult to keep sets working at times. Unless we have very high water I rarely have issues with unfunctional traps set on those trails. Like stated learn their behavior and how they hunt and investigate things along their travels. You will catch them by just doing that. Mink are a water oriented animal but not exclusively limited to that type of habitat. Set both ways along the water and banks and you will get good results.
