The one that gets me is Jardiance. You could get a LIFE Threatening infection in the skin of the perineum.
Yikes.

Another drug just came on and stressed “tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection.”

I think EVERYONE should know if you have a parasitic infection ….and how prevalent is this?!? laugh

IMO you should not take any drug if there is an alternative. Diet and exorcise will control a lot of stuff. I see the food pyramid has been changed from a carb based diet to a protein based diet. Candy and processed food should be a rare treat for all of us IMO. Fast food companies would quickly be bankrupt if they depended on me to consume their poison.

Did someone say parasitic infection? That reminded me. I was reading about the Guinea worm the other day.

You drink infected water, you get a sore, and a year later a worm squirts out of it. It burns really bad. They think its what they refer to as fiery serpents in the bible.

Here is a painting depicting it from the 14th century (1300's)... on which happens to be the patron saint of the plague... Saint Roch.

Been watching some old TV reruns, LOTS of drug adds,,most of the content are drug warnings.....so... why does the public even need to see drug ads, don't the doctors that prescribe it already know what you should take?, how would I know that?

Between the ads shilling their poison to people who don't better, to the drug reps that take up the doctors day.....there's something wrong in the medical INDUSTRY.

Doctors rely on information provided by drug companies. You make the decision. Avoid any your health will allow. Eat right and get some exorcise. If your over weight lose weight. You will be surprised how many drugs you need that you really don't, how many drugs you will need less of. I never met anybody that could not sleep after bucking hay bales all day for example.

and you would be amazed what people don't tell their Dr.

they literally don't even have the vocabulary to explain what is wrong with them or how they are feeling.

I get it as a phone tech , people who take and make calls all day long can hardly explain what isn't working and I get to play 20 questions to find out what , where , and when it is "BROKE" because that is about all they will say it broke!

I love how the people in drug commercials all have hobby jobs. Flower arrangers, baristas, or niche food trucks parked at a beach .

I wanna see a guy pull up to a drilling site ,laying rail for Union Pacific while operating heavy machinery, parking at the Goodyear plant to build tires for 12 hours. That'd be a selling point.

The commercials will mention 5 or 6 symptoms that most adults have on a regular basis in hopes that people run to there Dr. to get them to prescribe them the medicine.
