We had a ground pork goulash. Noodles, red peppers, yellow peppers, onions, and crushed red peppers. Just got our whole pig shipped in.

Sometimes I mix a pound of ground lamb with a pound of ground venison for meatloaf.

Works pretty well. Salsa for topping.
