Notice my hat and mittens in this photo. Work very well on machine up to a point. If you are out for long time it is still nice to have the heated grips and wind screens. I do not have them on my machine but have rode my sisters machine which does. There is room in my mittens for the little hot hand bags if I want to use them. I also wear light poly liner glove. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2026/01/full-1002-282292-1000007490.jpg) Mac

Heated hand grips, wind deflectors/windshield and gauntlets.
Wind chill is very real. the kids were complaining how cold it was yesterday when it dropped about 10 degrees in an hour from 30 with no wind to 20 with a howling wind. in the summer it's not the heat it's the humidity
in the winter , it's not the cold it's the wind chill blows any heat you do make right away from you in the summer the humidity keeps your natural cooling from sweat from working.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Suck it up still wearing a tee shirt out here. LOL You guys are spoiled. I watch the weather in Rapid City. One day they get a foot of snow. The next day it's 60 degrees and it's all gone. As I've often said, if we weren't so old we'd move to SD. Great place to live. Some friends of ours moved out there 3 years ago, they love it and wish they had done it sooner.
Stop giving them free benefits and they will deport themselves.

Rapid City is the banana belt of our multiple weather patterns some areas are harsher than others,
