i was gifted a jug of fish oil can i use it in cubbies for otter and mink or any other ideas

I never seen a wild lynx. Bobcats like it though. Coyotes fox and marten too. grind up some fresh meat and add some to the meat for those critters. I have not trapped very many mink or otter.

Old shampoo bottles or other squirt bottles are good for applying it around a set or making a trail leading to the set locations.

K9hunter if you end up with any leftover after making bait you could take whats left and add shellfish oil to it
this will really fire it up
