Guys that do nuisance trapping should be very concerned as well. Same for the lease holders doing predator control for deer and turkey.

I've heard some rumblings here in Georgia that folks shouldn't be doing year round raccoon/opossum trapping on turkey and quail properties.

BTW, I'm sure that dog ban is targeted at dogging deer, but the way it's worded would ban rabbit dogs, coonhunting, squirrel hunting, bird hunting and even blood trailing dogs.

JMO, but I wouldn't settle for oh we'll fix it or grandfathering in because once you open that door to needing permission it can always be taken away.
