I had 8 of their cameras activated this fall. On approximately 12-10-25 i paused service on all 8 cameras. I double checked all 8 cameras and they all showed the service would suspend on 12-19-25 (end of billing cycle). Check all cameras on 12-20-25, only four had paused service and the other 4 now said they would suspend service 1-19-26. Called customer service. After several communications they basically said there was nothing they could do and inferd perhaps I didn't end service correctly on those 4 cameras. I was patient and told them id eat the bill for those 4 cameras for another month and see what happens. Today, 1-20-26, I check those 4 cameras, one out of four suspended service, the remaining 3 now say they will suspend service on 2-19-26. I did take screenshot shot of those four cameras showing that they said they would suspend service on 1-19-26 as evidence. Called customer service again today, they are looking into it. We'll see what they come up with. My patience is gone. Looks like a good way to increase the
revenue a little bit to me on their end.

Thought my Revel change within 24 hours. Reconyx do the month billing. Need to call again.

My spypoint I can stop service myself or do it through the chat help but I get 250 photos every month for all 6 cameras with a $99 annual club membership. Customer support is very helpful most of the times.

I have 5. Keep service on 2 all year. Other 3 I just go in my app and delete camera. It stops immediately. Then next fall I just act like adding a new camera. Connect it to phone and go thru set up. Takes like 5 minutes

I been just suspending the service for the last couple years without problems so I need to go through the extra steps of adding a camera. Just activate and go. Never been a problem so far.
