Never. When I was younger, I have speculated what would happen if you put a tether on their nose rings or a leash on their dog collars and just led them home.

What gets me is the older lady's are doing this. 20 years ago my wife had her tounge pierced when we first got together. I didnt think that was too bad you hardly noticed for most part. And im ok with piercings just not facial like nose,eyebrows lips. Nose is the worse never seen one that looked good at all.

You all fat, bearded, beer drinking, stinky smelling, dirty looking, trappers really think you ought to judge others looks?

I am a fan of piercings… mainly the ones that can’t be seen on a fully clothed woman.
Each is own.

I don’t mind tattoos as long as they’re not on the face, never have understood the nose ring thing other ones aren’t a big thing.

Men and women both have been poking holes in our bodies and tattooing ourselves for many thousands of years. It's nothing new.

For your information I don’t drink beer. Everything else is pretty spot on. Well, pudgy rather than fat.

My brother is a doctor. I remember his story about having to deal with a girl who had a nose ring. The girl had been hit in the face with a fast moving softball. The pin end had twisted into her nose. The story was pretty gory. I decided then and there I wasn’t going to get any piercings or tattoos or anthing. So, I became a trapper

Don't leave out the pink, blue, green, and purple hair.

Myself and only one other co worker are free of tattoos. I’m certainly not against them but I have seen too many young people just get a tattoo for absolutely no reason. They have zero meaning and may be a passing fancy. That’s on your person for the rest of your life. When you get old and fat and saggy, so will that depiction of a fat frog with a jelly donut on your bicep.

In someways , that is a good thing. As trappers , we know that brightly colored animals are nature's way of telling you to stay away. Toxic or poisonous.

Brightly colored hair , nose piercing or other excessive piercings , large amounts of very visible tattoos are visual red flags to stay away.

Facts , documentation and crime data , totally back this up.

We should probably just get rid of the 19th amendment. Just saying

I'm waiting for this style to catch-on here.
