If you are not doing a nevada stretch is there any reason to keep the legs out when you turn a bobcat? Maine bobcats are not known for the huge white bellies with the clear spots.

Nevada put up might make that belly look better.

The purpose of the Nevada put up is to make the belly look bigger so I'd do it even if you think your cats are not that great.
Not much more effort with the legs, they dry fast on bobcats.

Happy to hear you caught a bobcat !

I do the Nevada stretch on any bobcat I catch. No matter what the belly looks like. Every little bit helps in the end result.
