Well, the protesters hold the intersection and area where the shooting happened this morning. The local and state LEOs have left. Lots of good leftist sex tonight. Then the "wine moms" Antifa supporters will wonder why parts of Minneapolis burned overnight. Such losers.

Don't know all the details yet. If he drew/shot or whatever but If the insinuation is legally carrying is grounds for the government to blow me away...Ive got a serious problem with that.

Sometimes people have it coming. Sometimes they don't--even if they're leftists. Conduct an actual investigation--of all of government shootings.

Some are saying it was a Camera or Cell phone. The contradictory reporting doesn't help.

There's clear video of the guy holding up a cellphone to film some ICE agent while they yell back and forth at each other. Filming one's interactions with police isn't a crime, regardless of how the officer/agent feels about it. Filming someone else's interaction might be a crime, if the person filming interferes.

I haven't seen any clear video of the guy pulling gun, but it may come out, or not. I don't know if ICE wears body cams. But simply possessing a holstered gun, even while yelling back and forth with a cop, isn't grounds for a cop to go hands on. Obviously if the guy pulled the gun, though, then that's a different story and he has nobody to blame but himself.

And Noem sounded like a gun grabber in her press conference talking about the guy's weapon and his two extra magazines with "dozens of rounds of ammunition."

There's a photo of an agent holding what's supposed to be the guy's gun, before the guy is shot, which would mean they shot him while he was unarmed. You can see the same thing in the video of the shooting. Not a good look.

Of course, in the chaos of the moment, the ICE agent shooting wasn't the same ICE agent taking the gun away, and it's more than plausible that the ICE agent shooting didn't know the gun was already out of play. (Just trying to look at it from all sides here).

If so, that's just a few seconds before the actual altercation occurred. The shots were fired after the guy was taken to the ground and was struggling with the officers. In that video it is unclear just what he was holding or even if he was reaching for anything. Just that he was fighting and resisting the officers while trying to get up.

There apparently is other possibly better video as it appears that a girl in pink jacket was also seen videoing in the background of the video I've seen.

Don't trust these people on the 2A. Based on what I can clearly see on video, he didn't pull his weapon and was merely carrying.

He got killed for helping a lady who was pushed to the ground by ICE.
