The finger biting was a completely different incident occuring same day and not directly associated with the shooting incident.

As for trapping, come on out to my farm in OK. Plenty of animals and room. Big deer too. I admittedly haven't had time to hunt or trap my new place in NM. I need to retire early and will then.

Dang. You are avoiding the actual subject matter as bad as lg. I get specific and you talk generalities expecting anyone to give you respect because of your bar card. Shame a man your age and profession still argues like a middle schooler.

So counselor, this is what I want you to do. Let's see if you will put your money where your mouth is. Drive up to Minneapolis, put a pistol in a holster on your belt, find some ICE agents and start walking towards them speaking aggressively at them. If this last guy was supposed to be so righteous and constitutionally protected, then show us how righteous it is supposed to be by doing the same thing. Somehow, I am guessing you will still sit in your chair and keep talking your TDS non sense.

And as usual, you will not respond to posts that call you out. You just turn around and cowardly claim such comments are preposterous or beneath you when in actuality they describe you to a T. Textbook lawyer tactic. Attempt to make the person calling you out appear invalid even though what is being said about you is 100% correct.

How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

Maybe you will answer since LG won't. Are these people actually following the 1st amendment?

I'd be happy to answer, and even include some historical context. Think back to how early Americans protested the British...besides acts like the Boston tea party, (the easiest example) they absolutely challenged the law enforcement of the day with guns in hand (the British army was the equivalent of the police back then, there was no separate police force).
Those same people, who obviously though that those acts were acceptable and even righteous at the time, then went on to write and approve of the first amendment. So let's ask ourselves.....did they think their own recent acts against the British violated the amendment they were writing?

I'd say they didn't think far enough ahead.

Would you think the people who wrote the second amendment would shortly later ban guns on school property?
They did.

Wow, great rebuttal, with some interesting and well thought out counter arguments.

Your question makes no sense. People don't "follow" the 1A. Go read it.

It's legal to protest. It's legal to record law enforcement with your camera. It's legal to carry a weapon and 2 extra magazines (despite what Noem and Patel are saying). It's legal to help a lady who was just pushed to the ground by an ICE agent. Carrying a weapon and two extra magazines while doing these things is legal but is not legal for law enforcement to shoot you for doing so. The administration says that it is justification to kill a person. Wrong.

Y'all have fun and let the free Con Law lesson sink in. I have to go break ice and feed cows.

You want to know the truth?

You and I didn't get shot as that guy did because we didn't go there and impede Federal law officers from doing their job of enforcing the law.

Simple as that. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes

Early American colonists got shot by British soldiers because they interfered with their job of enforcing the law of the land, too.

What made that wrong, but this okay?
