Does any of the trap suppliers sell squirrel skinners

Like the plate with cutouts to hold them when skinning?

Yeah, I would just as soon but from a trap supply catalog.

Made one out of a 6"X6" scrap of aluminum.
Works, but i.usually slit across back and peel soon as I shoot them.
Getting arthritis, so may dig it out or make another, but for now, hands are faster and easier.
And I know where they are, lol

JMHO It's just another gadget you don't really need, and will soon be put away never to be used again.
Skin them by hand as soon as they hit the ground , is the best way IMHO.

A carry a few gallon freezer ziplock bags bags. If possible, fill one bag with ice just to have in your pouch. I wear a bird hunters belt with the hanging pouches. works like a charm. Walked out with several that were getting pre chilled.

For those that don't know, here is the simple squirrel skinning method.

You can sell the hides and tails if you skin them like you skin mink.

Pants and shirt method works for me. Peels right off when fresh.
