Made a pot of split Pea soup...with a big ole Smoked Ham hock.

Not as pretty as your soup Nessy, but fried tenderized round steak with good grease gravy over mashed taters and sweet corn... Stick to your ribs food like mom used to make.

Cooked a spiral ham, green beans and mashed potatoes. Will use the bone for bean soup and left over ham for sandwiches.
