Havent set an alarm for 30 years. Always awake by 5:00

No alarm ever since I retired but wouldn't have needed but I used one just in case. Up 430 everyday ready to rock and roll.

I have to set one. But oddly enough not on weekends!

Still set an alarm every morning, usually get up anywhere from 2-330, start time varies at work. When I don't have to be at work early, get up early still and sit at the loading bench or work on traps for a few hours

My dogs my alarm it goes off a few times a night I’m accustomed to being woken up during the night no biggie for me.

With my nontraditional work schedule. One week days the next nights 12hr shifts with in early and out lates adding 4 hrs and .no constant schedule. Yes. set 4 alarms.

The kicker is sometime I wake up before them even with only 4 hrs sleep and the random schedule. Sometimes i cant sleep even when wiped out.

My bladder is my alarm.

I can force myself to stay in bed past 6 am, but rarely see the point. Only set an alarm just to make sure the youngest gets his (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) out of bed and goes to school on school days, in case for some odd reason I don't wake up by 6:15.

I still set one on my phone every day so I don’t run late. Up at 4:00AM daily, make coffee, take the dog out, make my wife breakfast and I get showered up and dressed then out the door about 5:45 so I can be at work by 7:00.
I don’t get home at end of day until about 6:30.
Weekends I still get up that early so I can catch up on news and Saturday morning stuff around here.

I always set an alarm. But usually up before it goes off.

Will be up tomorrow at 0330 to see about some ducks and geese.

I set an alarm if I’m going hunting or fishing in the morning. Otherwise no alarm, and I get out of bed between 9-9:30am.

I never used to need one. Now that I work swing shifts an alarm has become a necessity. Im only up before the alarm about half of the time.

The only time I set an alarm is if I have a plane to catch in the morning.
Otherwise I naturally wake up between 5:30 and 6:00, regardless what day of the week, and regardless of what time I go to bed

I used one for years when I did the milking, but it seldom went off. I set it for five am then after about 2 weeks I changed it to 5:05. I would wake up at 5am and shut the alarm off before it went off.

Now that I have a more flexible schedule, I usually don't use the alarm. I will set one on days that I am doing something that has to get done early just to make sure I get up since I don't keep much of a regular schedule anymore.

I set one. Work rotating 12 hour shift work. Days or nights up at 2:30. I set one when I'm off for 6am but I'm normally up well before then.

No alarm here, wake up at 4:00 every day.
