Skunk grease makes for some healthy hands and butchering chickens really makes them smooth too.

I gotcha Law Dog if thats the case working hands may be your go to. Treatment with prescriptions would help but not necessary if it is occasional.

I can control the cracking pain by putting on a bandage and a smear of Neosporin to keep the skin pliable I wrap that in some medical tape and just keep working. It’s more annoying than anything just distracting and slows me down a bit. Neosporin works well for many things skin wise.
