Looks good. What seasonings do you add?

I typically use Andy's Red for breading on fish. I do sometimes add spicy cajun seasoning to some of the last batches through the grease.

Looks good TD!

Walleye is fine eating! Don't have walleye this far south.

Only had walleye once. A little dock-side café on Lake Erie in Ohio. Was up there for NTA convention and drove on up to Marblehead to see the lake. Ordered a walleye filet sandwich.....it was an entire slab filet fresh from the lake.
