3togo OP trapper 3 Joined: Jan 2018 Henry Co, IL	I see on many Canadien trappers Youtube videos that they keep all the squirrels they catch (not for bait), but skin and board. What is the fur outlet for these?

KeithC trapper K Joined: May 2009 Champaign County, Ohio.	Red squirrel fur is used to line the inside of other coats. I would guess that's what most of it is used for. I've heard that dresses were made for dolls with it, but that can't be much of a market anymore. Keith

Squash trapper S Joined: Dec 2014 Tug Hill, NY	FHA had over 9000 red squirrels offered in June 25 auction. Sold 100%, avg. $1.11 and high was $3.90.
