I do i was just curious anytime you watch videos on water trapping bridges are a big part of it but at least for me its never workied I was curious if other folks noticed it as well

I will set bridges on my line even if there is no sign. Of course, I have ran the same line for a lot of years, so pretty much know what to expect.
But I will also set all (or most) bridges when cold rolling into a new area simply because that is where I can legally access the water. And usually it works well.
I think you nailed it with it being a regional thing. Here those bridges are often great funnels because they are in between denning and feeding areas, like a small patch of timber on one side of the road and a corn field or pond on the other.

thats probably it food is everywhere here all big timber so its not like corn fields to corn fields

All timber here as well. If I could only make one type of set it would be bridge- culvert blind sets. This is for Mink, no coon here to speak of.
