It's Official....the only FAA approved ice runway in the lowah 48...will be open tomorrow

For Business ..Alton Bay NH ...part of Lake Winnepausakee.

My 19 year old nephew has his pilot license and is a certified

Instructor... Landing on the Alton Runway is on his bucket list

So all you pilots ...just Google it...and check it off your bucket list

Going up soon ..to be a spectator.

Ha ha, looks like fun for you guys. Little diomede in Ak used to have one on the ocean not that nice. Its strictly helicopter service now.

Water is good for two things, Floating Ships and making Beer.

I landed on Swan Lake AK in January many years ago. Took off and landed on a frozen lake in Anchorage. I was a passenger, not the pilot.
