How can I use them? Grind & preserve, add to the meat when I grind it?
And then use for what animal(s).
Any ideas would be great. Just want to use a much of the animal as I can. Thanks

grind fresh then place in a clean jar allowing for the gases to escape and if possible keep at room temp until a greenish /brown crust forms on the top but still pink underneath
you dont want a rank smell just a kinda sweet twang to it i would do that to the whole carcass
once it reaches the taint you want i would add bob-cat gland and stabilize with sodium benzoate/methyl paraben i do this with domestic lions
