Anybody with any sense at all who has armed their self, when confronted by multiple armed and kitted out LE would immediately raise both hands over their head and say I am armed, my firearm is in the small of my back.(or where ever it is) Obligation to notify or not. Legal carry or not.

There is no such thing as perfection in this world or in politics only compromises of better or worse. Trump and his agenda are imperfect but it a dammed sight better than what we've had for the last few decades.
