You may have answered this before, but have you ever used deer meat in your Guinness stew you make? I have some roast from my what my son killed this year and thought maybe it would be good in something different for us to eat for sure.

I have not used deer meat in my stew.

Make sure to make big chunks of meat...not bite size.

Like 2 inch by 2 inch chunks.
