any of you own one of these and what are your thoughts on them. They are higher than a giraffes rear end.

I bought my youngest a 455 cz scout. I really like it. The 457 is an improvement in my opinion due changing the safety. I think you can swap the barrel out as well to change cal.

Thanks and yes sir you can swap it out to a 22 mag. about to pull the trigger and order it. My son has two PRS 22 LR's and just bout a 460 CZ with a humongous bull barrel just like his other two. flat trigger and topped with a Leupold Mark Something. 34mm tube, freaking accurate as all get out. 5-25 FFP. I have been shooting it to break it in like his others. good grief is that thing accurate. Heavy too

I was going to get the 457 synthetic. But they only offer it with a 20" threaded barrel. I want it suppressed so will be shooting standard velocity and prefer 16" ( sbr would be even better) so it would be handy with the added length of suppresor. I even called them and asked if I could order it with the 16" threaded barrel they use on the youth model scouts and was told no. Eventually the new gun fever subside and I decide I will wait tell I wear my old savage 62 out. I noticed some wear on the trigger parts last time I took it apart and figured someday it may start doubling. If that happens I may buy a new .22 one while its geting fixed. But after 26 years of history with that old savage I have realized I kind of prefer the old beat up thing to nicer new guns.

I haven’t been able to find a reference for it in scripture, therefore, it doesn’t exist. *

I have a 455 in .22 mag and a 457 in .22 lr. Had the trigger worked on in the 455 and put a Timney in the 457.
Both rifles are excellent shooters, very accurate.

AP, i will not engage in such nonsence, yet my theology is on point, If you wish to point out in scripture where I am off the put the scriptures up here for all to see. I will be praying for you in the meantime, whether you wish for it or not.
