I'm going to bring some of my fur to the tannery, and a friend wants to get his black squirrels tanned. We have to flesh and dry the fur before they will take them. I case skin, but he open skinned them. Is the best way to treat it like a beaver fur to dry them?

My cased skinned squirrels ive dried on weasel boards and female mink boards.
Had a buddy made squirrel stretches out of coat hangers.
Open skinned, yes stretch them on a board like beaver pinned open to dry.
