What is your favorite brand of stove top popcorn ? Right now I'm trying Amish varieties. White ,Yellow, Mushroom and Hulless.
Also your favorite topping ? Luv butter flavor , but not alot of healthy substitutes.

it is a Wisconsin brand
to make it the way I like , an aluminum pan , oil in pan , 5 kernels in the pan. Med-low heat , then lid on and heat , when you hear the 5th one pop remember to count you dump your additional kernels then shake.
this can be a little or a lot , a 3 quart heavy aluminum sauce pan will do about a 1/4 cup of kernels and be very full
I sometimes made this in an old National #10 canner with a tin lid I could make a grocery bag of popcorn at a time like that that was about a cup of kernels
so you counted the 5 , you dropped your measured out kernels , then you shake the pan lid on to distribute them around , now when they start popping it will be fast and furious , when it starts to slow down you are waiting till you haven't had a pop in 5 seconds , be ready to pull the lid , and dump in a large bowl or bag quickly
no time to waste done and burned are only a few more seconds apart.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I haven't eaten much since I broke my eye tooth on an "old maid". Oral surgeon told me he gets more business from people eating popcorn than anything else. Tootsie Rolls pull off the most crowns.
