Went out to get a couple skunks picked up I’m heading down the road and there’s a rooster standing on the road by a place that releases them. It’s in my lane so I swing over into the other lane it’s facing away from that lane. I just about get up to it and it does a 180 and runs into the bumper boop roadkill. I went back to check it out then I noticed a group of Hunters in the paid hunting place several I could not see before because of a tree belt.

I picked it up and shook it like a survival situation then pitched it in the ditch since the regular seasons over. Thinking what they paid to hunt pen birds and I’m getting one with my truck was priceless.

Would have had that guy for supper.

Seasons is closed now under my license those hunters were under the paid release license that goes longer was not worth it messing with it I was just surprised to see them standing there.
