That spearhead is probably about 14-15" wide with 10" or so tines. We're allowed a spearhead up to 18" wide.

Definitely a little spot on a big spot, it's like duck hunting looking up your chimney. No tip ups while I'm spearing, gotta stay laser focused!

Well I had a chance today. Had one swim through around 11am, threw the spear and missed. We're only allowed to spear from 7am to 1pm. Weather is warm, mid 40s today and tomorrow and mid 50s Monday. Not ideal for anything ice related! Back at it tomorrow.
