We have all of these so called animal rights groups.. peta, HSUS ( which has recently changed their name) aspca, etc.
Why have they not been indicted for fraud??
Very little if any money they received,,, goes towards helping any animal.
People went after Donald for fraud ( I know it was politically motivated).
Why, when it’s blatantly obvious.
I don’t know who or how this thing works,,
But could a state attorney general go after them or does it have to be done by someone in the capacity like Pam bondi( which is a whole other thing for another day)?

How can an organization call themselves nonprofit, yet some people are using that money to enrich themselves.

HSUS got hit with RICO a while back. Proving a fraud case I think would be a bit harder unless they can get some former or current members of those organizations to be turn against them. There's probably a lot of technicalities in the fine print stuff that they can hide behind in to avoid this.

When people donate willingly its not fraud its stupidity not against the law

My guess is that they probably share the wealth with some of the right people in the right places.
