Lost them all and haven’t had any in a couple years I need some recipes I know we liked nuggets but don’t recall how we made them and any other ideas thanks all

Otterman, you can treat lynx like any other meat recipes. Lynx nuggets i would two ways 1-1 1/2" cubes. flour, egg wash, and flour again. pan fry with some oil (just coving the bottom of the pan) until golden brown. or deep fry them At 350 degrees. Or you could grind up the meat. season meat. form into small balls. flour, egg wash flour. fry either way again. you could make lynx balls with ground lynx meat. Stir fry lynx (our family's favorite) with you favor recipe. We have made lynx breakfast sausage. Have fun and enjoy your lynx.

Lynx fajitas! Cook in replace of chicken. I think lynx is kinda similar to turkey.
