The .22 barrel the ejector has side to side play, it's got enough that when I load it it won't shut till I get it inline, it's not every time but enough to be a pain in the rear. Is it the ejector wore? I'm not sure if the flat spot on the injector the screw suppose to go down to the flat area and holds it in line? I'm guessing my spring is a little weak as well as it don't eject the shell completely out. Is the spring and ejector all there is to it?

My phone isn't clear enough to make any thing out? And still doesn't tell me if the ejector is worn or what's going on? I'm not sure what the problem is.hopfully black oak does.

It’s been years since I had one, and I’m not sure why it would have side to side play, but I don’t think it’s supposed to eject the shell clear out when you open it. I think that’s right because if you had both chambers loaded and shot the .410 side, then open it to replace the spent shell you wouldn’t want the unfired .22 to go flying.

I have the same problem with my 22- 410. So far, I haven't done anything about It. I think the ejector has been separated from the spring. When I line up the ejector in its slot and close and fire the gun and then break It open the ejector works.

I'm wondering now if the spring is kicking the injector out to far or maybe the set screw is wore down a little?? I'll let you know if I come up with anything.
