1 1/2 inch pork chops...in the Brine solution for 2 hours.

Then seared in a hot cast iron pan ..4 minutes per side.

Then throw that pan into a 350 degree oven for 28 minutes..done.

Whats Youns havin ???

When chops come out of the oven ...put 4 tablespoons of buttah

In the pan to melt with pan juices....and spoon that goodness

Over the chops and serve.

Add 2 cups of water ....and heat the mixture..until salt is dissolved.

Just need to get it warm ...don't boil it.

Add 2 bay leaves

Once all the salt is dissolved....add 2 more cups of cold tap water and stir

Let cool for 15 minutes....then pour brine over chops in a dish/ pan ..

And put in the fridge covered for 2 hours... Real easy and really makes them chops tendah.

I use the same brine for chicken parts too .

But do not salt the meat anymore ...just add your other herbs ..

But leave the salt OUT !!!!
