Been wanting to get a few pictures of some turkeys but none so far. I placed a couple cameras that are easy to get too a lot more snow and ice as you get higher. Down in the bottom no snow and almost frost free. Those game trails are solid ice through these corridors as you can see in pictures. I thought this was pretty interesting a rabbit a deer in the picture.

Great pictures. I pulled my cameras today. With the warm weather I had lots of coon and a couple of bears. My bucks here dropped their antlers around New Years which is common for right here anyway. Back when it was legal to feed them after season I would usually find them right around Christmas time. I have 1 shed from the same buck 3 years in a row and he was a dandy. I never saw him hunting or got a picture of him but as soon as season was over he would show up for the corn.

I see them here and most what I have seen have not dropped. A few have but everything I see are still have horns. I found three walking into where I am adding on to that old shop. Been to muddy and water standing all over I walked.

That picture was from yesterday and everything on camera is packing except one only had one side on.

Yeah it is strange. Deer and moose usually lose their horns here by Christmas, but this year everything is still packing.

I’ve run into deer carrying horns in the turkey season and bucks starting their velvet no telling from year to year. I came across a 4 point shed the other day I leave them for the landowner I’m just there to trap.
