There are huge applications for AI that we have to master as a leading country on the world stage, but there are other applications that companies are moving to to ditch their customer service responsibilities - in my opinion. I am compiling a list of companies who are preserving their real, human, old-fashioned customer service and are therefore eligible to earn my business. I am also compiling a list of companies who now suck. I will pay more and wait longer for products and services from companies with humans who respect their customers.

Gonna be a long list.

But, at least you will be able to understand it and it will be able to learn your speak over the duration of the call.

If given the choice of speaking to an Indian, Bangladeshi or Pakistani or an Artificial Intelligence, I would choose the AI every time.
