For cut stump treatment of buckthorn (& some honeysuckle)

Do you use/like it? Regular Remedy or 'Remedy Ultra?' Mixed with water, diesel or bark oil?

I'm not sure if it's better than Garlon.
I currently use Pathfinder II RTU (equivalent to Garlon 4).
I thought I heard Remedy works <28° F, which is largely what intrigues me about it.

I don't use Tordon because of the risk of harm to nearby desirable trees.

Why not get a jug of Aquamaster (Glyphosate) for $100 and cut it 50% with water. Add a little powder blue pond dye to tell what you have sprayed or not. I’ve also added Escort XP metsulfuron methyl for some added kick but you’re not supposed to use that near any water supply.

I haven’t used Remedy so I can’t help you there.

Regular Remedy -Mixed with diesel one part Remedy three parts diesel.

If you are doing cut stump treatment, mix with water. If you are doing basal spray, mix with diesel.

I use undiluted Crossbow painted on the buckthorn stumps.

Cut stump treatment is what I do. I like the idea of mixing with water, but I would think my product then would freeze in the garage

Freezing would probably not be good for it.

Mix it with windshield washer fluid.
